Wild Yoga: Connecting Your Yoga Practice With The Natural World

Come spend an afternoon with Katie Thimons to take your practice out of the studio and into the great outdoors. During this group hike you’ll experience mindful walking and meditative movement in one of the many beautiful trail locations Dayton has to offer. Learn about the benefits of eco-therapy, shin-rin yoku (forest bathing), how to utilize technology to connect to nature, and meditation techniques to use beyond this session. 

This led outdoor experience will be limited in size, include about 3 miles of hiking, mediation practices and discussion before the hike, and a short yoga flow class.

Please bring your own yoga mat and hiking gear. Rain or shine event, in the event of extreme weather, event will be rescheduled.
