PURCHASE + PASS POLICIES:

  • All pass purchases are non-refundable.

  • No extensions or pauses on any pass with the exception of the 12 Month Unlimited Membership (listed in details)

  • If it is your first visit in, please make sure to bring a valid driver's license or state identification card to present to our staff.

  • For workshops and series purchases go to the events page or look under “courses” or “workshops” on the schedule page. If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop, you can cancel for credit to your account up to 24 hours prior. Credit can be used within the next 6 months. If no cancellation 24 hours prior the credit will be lost.

    AUTO-DEBIT PASS INFORMATION (BASIC, MONTHLY AND VIRTUAL STUDIO):

    • These are auto-debit passes. Your card will be charged every 30 days.

      • For any auto-debit membership:

        • Cancelation requests must be submitted here on the membership management page. Once your auto-debit has been cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation.

        • Charges are non-refundable once submitted automatically

        • Contracts renew automatically

      • For all 12 Month Unlimited Membership contracts:

      • For all 3 Month Unlimited Membership contracts:

        • No pauses are permitted on this membership.

      • For virtual studio pass:

        • You must manage this pass via your account on the web app.

        • Please do not email the studio to cancel this pass.

        • To manage this pass, log in to your virtual studio account, there you can cancel, pause, and subscribe.

        • If you have questions about a refund for your virtual studio pass, you will need to contact vimeo support HERE.
