Pause + Cancellation Requests


Membership Pause Policies:

  • 12-month commitment memberships can pause memberships up to 2x/60 days collectively per year

  • If 2 pause requests have been submitted over the contract term that do not collectively equal 60 days, the remainder of availability for pause is forfeited

  • Pause requests must be submitted through this form below 10 days prior to next scheduled payment

  • We do not accept email, text, in-person, or app message requests for pauses

  • Pauses are not available for 3-month commitment memberships, 10 class passes, 5 class passes, single month passes, traveler pass, student term pass, intro pass, or single class pass

Membership Cancellation Policies:

  • For any auto-debit membership (12-month unlimited, 3-month unlimited, 12-month basic, 3-month basic), cancellation is not possible before the end of the membership term per the contract

  • These memberships will renew for the full term of the contract if cancellation request is not submitted 30 days prior to next scheduled payment date through this form below

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days prior to next scheduled payment date, if submitted less than 30 days before, the cancellation will occur after the next scheduled payment is processed

  • We do not accept email, text, in-person, or app message requests for cancellation. Once your auto-debit has been cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Refunds will not be granted for payments submitted due to failing to submit cancel request in time

  • Should you have a medical emergency or relocate, please refer to your membership contract for required documentation and send it to info@speakeasydayton.com after submitting your form
