Spend the afternoon with Cassidy for Parents + Pals (Crawlers), a 60-minute yoga class designed for caregivers and their little ones. Class will provide a nurturing space for movement, mindfulness and fun. This Parents + Pals class is open to caregivers of all experience levels and their children who are of crawling age (0-1). Attendees can expect to move through gentle yoga poses, playful interactions and a few bonding activities. Bring your baby along, and everything else for class is included!
