Feeling like your meditation practice could use a little guidance? In this 45 minute afternoon session, Sara will create a space where you can comfortably settle into a guided group meditation. This is the perfect place to become more familiar with the basics of a meditation practice, its benefits in your daily life, and leave feeling prepared with tools to maybe even begin a meditation practice on your own!
No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
