It’s no secret that you can’t fill from an empty cup, but filling that cup can be a challenging task when the demands of day to day life add up! That’s why finding ways to take care of ourselves is so essential. Join guest presenter Aleah Vassell at Speakeasy for an afternoon of exploring the process of practicing sacred self care, including the importance of taking care of yourself and how to create a self care routine that works for your life. This workshop includes discussion, journaling, and self-reflection.
