Join us for this special weekend edition of a class to compliment and support your movement practice!
Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga to strengthen your body. Class may occasionally use light hand-weights, a yoga block, pilates ball, and yoga strap. If you do not have these props and tune in from home via virtual studio, you can simply use cans of soup if you don't have weights, a towel or other material for a strap, and a pillow, blanket, or yoga block can substitute for a pilates ball.
