Join Megan to learn how yin yoga specifically can support in finding balance of the mental, physical, and energetic bodies. By utilizing the 3 principles of yin, we can build a foundation for better health and longevity in our lives!

All practitioners are welcome. This course is great for teachers who may need CE hours for Yoga Alliance or a refresh of the practice.
